**Position Summary:**
We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Member Service Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our members and ensuring their needs are met efficiently and effectively. As a Member Service Representative, you will serve as a key point of contact for our members, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and promoting the benefits of membership.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Respond to member inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, delivering friendly and professional service.
- Provide information about membership benefits, policies, and services.
- Assist members with account-related issues, including billing inquiries, membership renewals, and service adjustments.
- Process membership applications, renewals, and cancellations in accordance with company policies.
- Maintain accurate member records and update account information as needed.
- Identify opportunities to enhance member engagement and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve member issues effectively and efficiently.
- Assist in the organization and execution of member events and programs.
- Stay informed about company updates, promotions, and industry trends to provide knowledgeable service.
- Follow up with members to ensure their needs have been met and gather feedback to improve services.

**Qualifications:**
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s degree or relevant certification preferred.
- Proven customer service experience, preferably in a call center or office environment.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage positively with diverse member populations.
- Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficient in using customer relationship management (CRM) software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information with care.
